A KUDOS is when a fellow staff memeber or customer would like to recognize an employee for going ABOVE AND BEYOND. This might be a simple act of kindness. It might be something they do on an ongoing basis that we want to show our appreciation for. They can be given by anyone to anyone. If you would like to give a KUDOS to a member of our team, please see Katrina next time you are in the store OR let us know online. Each team member that receives a KUDOS also recieves recognition at our weekly manager meetings AND public recognition from their peers on the wall of our break room IN ADDITION to being posted under their profile on our website.

What do you ride? My first bike was a 2002 FLSTC, 10 years later and stripped down, and I still love that bike. For long trips or trips that require a backseat or luggage capacity I ride the Road Glide... the best riding bike that Harley makes... in my opinion.
Favorite Ride: My favorite ride that I have done would be the 100th Anniversary Dealer Ride, where we rode from Milwaukee down to Atlanta. The most memorable part of that trip was hitting the Tail of the Dragon with my 6 month pregnant wife adn all of our gear loaded on the back. What a ride!
Favorite Gateway Moment: My favorite Gateway moment was our off-site Team Alignment day. It was a great feeling to watch our team share, learn and grow to bring out the best customer experience for our customers.
Favorite Piece of Gear: Helmets! I have several!
Favorite Hangout Spot: Home! 5 kids, a dog and a beautiful wife makes it a great place to be.
Started at Gateway H-D: Grew up in the motorcycle business. Cleaning and filling the snack machine was the first jobs I can remember. Worked admin from the time I knew the alphabet until I was old enough to start selling. Worked in just about every position until I was ready for the Business Office. Met Chris, married with a baby on the way relocated to Dale's Harley-Davidson in Mt. Vernon, IL. Was Co-GM with my little sis Rebecca for 5 years then moved on to be VP over my families 3 Harley-Davidson dealerships. 2007 bought gateway from my family and currently love bringing my five kids to work to have the same start that I was fortunate to have.
What do you ride? I like to try out different Softail and Dyna Model, but I also like to ride on the back of Chris' Road Glide.
Favorite Ride: My favorite rides have been our HOG Chapter Dealership Rides. Hanging out with great people who love the sport as much as I has been awesome. Riding together, eating together and laughing together makes us family and if you know me well you know I love BIG family!
Favorite Gateway Moment: My favorite Gateway moments have to be every time I look into our customers eyes and see their joy and excitement about our Brand. Making dreams come true is a pretty awesome opportunity that we have and we wouldn't trade it for anything.
Favorite Piece of Gear: I love heated grips! Pretty simple comfort accessory but even as a kid I remember how painful I found cold hands to be when playing outside. With heated grips you can adjust the warmth as needed and extend your riding through the colder months.
Favorite Hangout Spot: My favorite hangout spot would have to be Event Days at Gateway when I get to bring my five kids in to hang out with our Team and customers. Home with family is also always a great place to be in my mind.
