Gateway Harley-Davidson® Vendor Application
OVERVIEW OF EVENTS AT GATEWAY H-D
The Gateway Harley-Davidson team is committed to participating in our community by helping out local organizations in their efforts to support those in need. Our largest fundraising effort
of the year is our “Year of the USO” where we raise money for the USO of Missouri. This fundraising takes place throughout the year at a variety of events and activities, but the majority of the money raised comes through fundraising aspects incorporated into our monthly Lot Parties. These miniature motorcycle rallies bring together our core customers of motorcycle enthusiasts. Each event has its own theme or activity but all feature live, local music, food and drinks, games and giveaways. Themes might include military demonstrations, a memorial ride, a vendor show for all things dad-related, a BBQ Cook-off, a car and bike show, motorcycle giveaways and parade rides. These events draw a wide variety of demographics including men, women and families, riders and non-riders of all ages. It is our goal to bring together local businesses to provide a kickass experience for our customers. There are so many opportunities to partner up and highlight the products and services of local businesses. The options are truly endless and we look forward to fitting your business into our event plan to maximize each dollar spent and fulfill your marketing needs. See all upcoming event dates.
Bike Nights have become the quintessential biker event on an international level. Although there are many Bike Nights put on throughout the year and across the St. Louis Metro area, there must be a special mix of elements in order to make a Bike Night successful. We’ve discovered that the best Bike Nights allow you and your buddies to stand next to your bikes, have some good food, drink some good beer and listen to some good music. Where most Bike Nights at bars and restaurants are trying to separate their patrons from their bikes and bring them inside to drive sales, we are trying to bring our customers closer to their bikes. Each of our Bike Nights feature food and drinks, live music by local bands, and other entertainment whether it be a Cigar Lounge, Dyno runs, classic cars, fashion shows or games and giveaways. See all upcoming event dates.
Tee Off for the Troops Golf Scramble:
Our annual Golf Scramble is an opportunity for local organizations to come together for networking and a round of golf to benefit the USO of Missouri. Sponsorships can range between $50 and $1000 and Foursomes start at $400 making it one of the most affordable ways to gain brand exposure, network with local businesses and support a great cause. See all upcoming event dates.
These after-hours events are geared towards young adults with any level of motorcycling experience. Like the Garage Parties, these events provide an environment where younger people can find inspiration and the tools to get involved in the motorcycling community. These events include food, drinks, entertainment and interactive sessions that allow young adults to see how easy and affordable riding a Harley can be. Although these typically take place at our dealership there is an opportunity to bring this experience to alternate locations. See all upcoming event dates.
These after-hours events are geared towards women with any level of motorcycling experience. These events provide a non-threatening opportunity to women who might be otherwise intimidated by the world of motorcycling, to ask questions, become more comfortable and learn new things. These events include food, drinks, games and interactive sessions that allow women to really feel what it’s like to ride a motorcycle on their own. Although these typically take place at our dealership there is an opportunity to bring this experience to alternate locations. See all upcoming event dates.
H.O.G. ® Events and Rides:
Harley Owners Group®, or HOG, is an international organization of over a million Harley-Davidson® Owners. Each dealership has the opportunity to organize a local chapter of H.O.G. members to participate in local events and rides. Our non-traditional group of riders are some of the most generous, loyal and fun-loving customers any business could ask for. With multiple rides planned for throughout the year, the possibilities to get involved with our chapter
really are endless. We are constantly looking for fun places for our Chapter to ride to and activities for them to participate in. See all upcoming event dates.
Hotdog and Pancake Saturdays:
We strive to make our dealership the place to hang out on Saturday afternoons. We also strive to help local organizations with their fundraising campaigns. This is why we started our Hot Dog Saturday program. We provide the basic supplies, and ask that a local organization bring some volunteers to grill and serve hot dogs each Saturday during the riding season. During the off season we look for groups to flip and serve pancakes. During the holidays we look for groups to do gift wrapping. Full details can be found on our website. We have many events, lot parties, bike washes, bike nights, bike shows, VIP nights, women's nights, and rides here at Gateway Harley-Davidson®. And that's not half of it! We're looking for corporatations, organizations, charities, not-for-profits, bands, food vendors, liquor vendors, craft vendors, retail vendors, etc. that would like to participate in some of our events. See all upcoming event dates.
We have many events which require specific things (food, live music, retail, etc). We would like to keep your contact information on file so we can call you directly when there is a specific need.
